Adobe Flash Player has been around for quite a while and was first released two decades ago in 1996. It’s now available for Windows, macOS, Chrome OS, Linux, Android, and other platforms. This provides more versatility since you can use the multimedia software for a wide variety of devices like desktops, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
There have been some major changes with Flash during recent years. That includes the issue of various security vulnerabilities that have been found in the software. It’s also worth noting that Apple’s co-founder Steve Jobs greatly criticized the software and wrote a letter explaining why it was banned for its iOS device family that includes tablets, smartphones, and smartwatches.
